Why should you use my services?
With Sarasota Florida being awash in real estate agents that are not up to date with current real estate laws or being well versed in real estate principals and practices, it is important for anyone who seeks real estate related services in the Sarasota area to obtain those services from a licensed real estate broker. Many broker-owner offices provide commodity real estate services through sales agents and these cookie-cutter business models often do not achieve the level transaction security and accuracy all buyers, sellers and investors of real estate should be seeking.
Some of the biggest complaints about real estate agents in our area is their lack of general transaction knowledge, contract errors, and omissions. Why would you want to put your transaction in the hands of a brokers sales agent when you can deal with a licensed real estate broker directly?
I am available to answer you questions and you will find that I do answer my phone most evenings and weekends. Call me if you have any questions or would like me to open any doors for you of the properties you may be interested in.

Siesta Key History
If you have spent time wandering on Siesta Key, you probably have traveled down Higel Avenue at some point in your exploration of this magnificent island and its crystal sand beaches. Higel was the first developer of Siesta Key, which originally was known as Little Sarasota Key. A native of Philadelphia who was born in 1867, he came to Venice, Fla., with his parents in 1884 and relocated to Sarasota shortly after the town was formed in 1902.
